Refund Policy: 

At Speks, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to do everything within our power to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for the same or similar item. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags or labels attached. Sale or Closeout items, and Drinkware are excluded from return eligibility.


To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at orders@speks.co. Once we receive and process your return shipment, we will contact you with the confirmation and next steps.
